My passion is helping people in their 30s-40s whose careers, family time, and social interactions are limited based on the fear and shame around their digestive disorders.

After a lifetime batting digestive issues, I became an advocate for my health, researched and educated my doctors about the root cause of my condition. I use that knowledge to help clients forge their way back to freedom with someone that has been in their shoes.
